We accept payments via direct deposit via private paid or NDIS plan or self managed plans. At this stage we are not able to take on NDIA managed plans.
PATTS is based in the Eastern suburbs, however we are able to cover the Perth Metro area. There may be limitations for suburbs extremely far north or south and this is a case by case basis. Please get in touch to see if we have capacity to service these areas.
There is no standard session length, however if face to face therapy is being offered sessions do need to be 30 minutes in length minimum. If you prefer longer sessions, this is ok! Sessions will be charged from your NDIS plan or private paid accordingly.
Outside of face to face therapy and teletherapy, the following services may be charged (travel, report writing, development of individualised resources, assessment analysis, consultation and meeting attendance).
Home visits are based on safety for the clinician. A quick discussion over the phone may be needed to ascertain risk of home visitation. At times, a community visit or having a third party present may be required to commence services.
As we are not a registered NDIA provider a service agreement is not required, however we are happy to complete a service agreement as required. PATTS operates under the NDIS code of conduct which can be seen here.
